Our room overlooked the treed face of the cliff, down to the stream at the bottom. It was very relaxing. The staff were all very welcoming, and the half board dinner and breakfast were amazing.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room with a city view, and the view from the 12th floor was amazing. We arrived before 3:00 p.m., and our room was ready within five minutes. However, we noticed a large dust ball on the floor, which concerned us slightly since we slept directly on the floor for two nights. The hotel is located on a hillside, and the restaurant only operates during breakfast and dinner hours. Fortunately, the breakfast and dinner buffets made our stay easier and allowed us more...

A typical Japanese Hotel that offers traditional breakfast with 5 different onsens

100 year house with modern kitchen, bath, toilet and bed/tatami sleeping area. Clean and cozy with the smell of Hinoki wood making our stay a memorable one.

Very good buffet breakfast and they have take away coffee machine for guests who need extra coffee after breakfast. Room has a nice street view. Excellent staff services. Near several nice restaurants, convenience stores and Pivot Supermarket. A short walk from JR Station. Very happy to stay here as price is not high.

The entire place was so serene and calm. Lots of enjoyable activities and the food was fabulous. The staff were very thoughtful, professional, and kind. Very family oriented.

This resort has an amazing location with a gorgeous view of Lake Hibara and Mt. Bandai, and the Five Colored Ponds. Their staff members are very formal and friendly and has a great restaurant buffet. The rooms and building itself are in okay condition with some scuffs and stains, but overall an excellent place with a very unique gift store with great items like food, snacks, and gifts. Really fun place for a relaxing getaway especially to socialize with your close friends or significant others. There is not much to do in the area unless you have a car.

Staff service was like nothing I've experienced before. We only spoke English, and the hotel had a young man who was amazing at translating for us. Thank you!!!

Very simple accommodation but with great staff and a beautiful thermal bath in the roof top.
