The staff was incredibly cordial, helpful and courteous. It really made a difference. Additionally, every single food item we had at the palace restaurant was absolutely delicious. Our time flew by at the palace and on the day of departure we were left wishing we’d stayed 2 nights at the palace.

We booked two rooms for a 6-night stay and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful, respectful, and always went out of their way to assist us. Plus, the location is unbeatable,just a 5-minute walk to the ferry. We will definitely recommend this place!
