We loved our stay at Fairmont House B&B! Fantastic staff and service and very convenient location right on waterfront of Mahone Bay. Michael and Thomas serve a delicious breakfast every morning that surpasses any restaurant in the area and the rooms are comfy, clean and have a great view. Highly recommend and we will be back again!

The staff from maintenance, kitchen, wait staff, house keeping, gardening and front desk went out of their way to make sure my stay was the best I ever had. I would go back in a heart beat .

Lovely property and the food was excellent. There is no elevator for those in need of one and no alcohol outside your room except for in their Bar area. All of the staff was wonderful.

The breakfast was amazing! Homemade and delicious. Easy parking and very clean room. The owners are super friendly and helpful.

Very clean and quiet room. I slept amazingly! Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have the breakfast due to having plans, but it looked fairly decent for a hotel breakfast. Coffee machine with espresso style Coffee in the lobby was great. I had my dog as well and it's pretty easy to get out for a nice walk just off the property.

The room was great more spacious and comfortable than many of the places I've stayed that charge 3x the price. Staff was friendly and accommodating, neighborhood pretty and quiet. A bit of a drive from Halifax core but we'll worth it for value

The location was in the heart of Lunenberg, and even though the property was historic it had all the modern amenities you could need. Because we had stayed there we were able to get a reservation for the restaurant below- delicious meal!

Easy check in. Very clean. This is an older property but has recently been redone from top to bottom. Mini spits for each room. New furnishings. New tile tub surround and new tile floor in bathroom. Laminate flooring. Comfortable bed. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker.

The views were amazing! There were large picture windows on both sides of the room-one looked on a woodsy marsh and the other onto the Atlantic. The room was small but had everything needed. They even included “whitener” for your coffee. A short walk back gave an amazing classic Nova Scotia view.❤️

A charming country inn atmosphere with all the updated travel benefits. Welcoming and accommodating guests needs for a relaxing stay. Breakfast and dinner available upon request. Lovely front garden and deck with tables, chairs and umbrellas overlooking the bay. There’s a short path to the beach directly opposite the hotel. Extremely clean.

Clean room and comfy beds

Best place we have stayed at on this trip. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and very helpful. Our room was just remodeled. Bathroom was very roomy, new big tile shower with water that is hot not lukewarm. Comfortable beds with big fluffy pillows and big fluffy towels. It even had real coffee cups and wine glasses plus plates and bowls. Nicer than some of the name brand chains we have stayed at. I would definitely recommend.
