Comarca Avilés Hotels

Five start accommodations in what had been a palace in the center of Aviles. Everything about the hotel was excellent, especially the friendly and helpful staff.

Well built modern hotel. We found our room to be quiet, especially for a large hotel. It was hot and the A/C worked very well. We are traveling with our dog and chose the terrace room, which was perfect. The king bed in our room was super comfy and huge! Biggest king size bed I’ve seen. The spa as great but did cost an extra 30 euro. I would stay there again. We were passing through and did not know the area. One thing to note, the area surrounding the property in every direction are huge...

40 Nudos is located right in the center of the city center! Perfecto!!! The only bad aspect of the hotel is the parking. It will cost you an additional $15 euros a day to park your vehicle underground.

Lovely friendly clean beautiful place to stay

The property was beautiful. Very elegant and updated. Dinner in the restaurant was top notch. Everything was modern and sophisticated while keeping a quaint charm that fit perfectly with the small-town. Beds were sooo comfortable!

I usually stay at the Ritz or a 4 star hotel for 300 euros!! This hotel was by far the best value for the price! Sweet rooms and great breakfast!

This property was exceptional and far surpassed our expectations. The service, rooms, general areas, menu and food quality were beyond comparison. The setting and gardens were wonderful and private.

Found last minute easy comfort

Cute hotel. Great stop on the Camino de Santiago. Right in the downtown area. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, we were in and out.

A beautiful, minimalist property conveniently located to dining and shopping areas as well as the beach. The room was minimal in furnishings but the bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom facilities were excellent. Fronts a very quiet street. The staff are very friendly and recommended several good restaurants in the area to us. Within walking distance to everything. Parking is on site or use the public parking 1 block away. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would recommend.
