Location of the property is very good. It needs brand new carpeting and furniture. The service was good.

I booked the hotel for 6 nights for business-related stay. I checked in the room which has very strong smell, and I realized later that it was a smoking room. All the cigarette smoke residue definitely stays on the furniture, curtain, and carpet. So, I called the receptionist to address the issue, and he sent someone. What they did was just spraying the room with air freshener. And I raised concern that it won't do, and he said that we would ask the receptionist to change the room. But it didn't...

overall pleasant expeience, however lobby was too busy all he time since hotel host lots of occasions and meetings, they should have separate lobby and entrance/exit for their guests who are paying a lot for their room, need some peace and quite in lobby to relax.

I would say its been great hospitality .Specially night staff Zeeshan and Mathew were very helpful.My 5 years old had the noodles craving in the middle of night and got cranky for it.They made noodles for him .I want personally acknowledge their efforts. A big thank for them. We have not landed here but stayed here and its worthed it from Dubai and found this nice and peaceful place to have good sleep. Food is good and staff is professional and friendly .I would definetly prefer to stay here on...
