Bizerte Governate Hotels

We loved this hotel. Perfectly right on the beach. The staff was super, very helpful and spoke many languages. Also the food terrific! All was up to quality standards. The only thing that needs to improve is the internet connections. It did not work well in the rooms. Only in the lobby. But this did not bother us too much…we would definitely come again.

Tremendous luxury hotel with friendly staff, right on the beach. Great for kids, hUGe infinity pool, lovely afternoon teas available. While the hotel's website states that there are no restaurants on the beach after September, they really should consider having food options down there when the weather is still so lovely. Terrible pillows. Lovely bathroom.

Being a frequent traveler Expedia VIP member this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in 5 continents. It is family run, 5 rooms ON the water, amazing views and great personalized service. Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. SUPER clean, spacious, and it felt like a spa every day. Fridge allowed me to bring home snacks, and I could have cooked a bit if I wanted. Front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Water at reception was a great touch when I was in a pinch from being able to go to the market. Wonderful hotel, super helpful staff, beautiful, quiet rooms and a lovely garden in the back where you can sit and enjoy a coffee. The fresh cooked breakfast is a nice way to start the day. The rooms are very clean, the beds have cozy duvets and plenty of pillows. We were there in the winter and the rooms had heat and were plenty warm. This was a stunningly beautiful Tunisian Villa, authentically restored to its origins as a 17th century merchant's home in the heart of the souk. It was an authentic cultural experience with old world hospitality and modern necessities, free wi-fi and updated western bathroom. it is very nice hotel over all clean, spacious rooms, the area is ok has many cafes and some restaurants, but the major problem is the disco on top of the hotel. you must reject any room in 5th floor otherwise u will dancing the whole night. even when I changed my room to the second floor I still can hear the drums shaking however not as bad. I would advice owners of this hotel to choose between customers of disco or customers of the hotel. breakfast was ok but not 5-star hotel level.

The property was beautiful. The food was amazing, but the staff, they were so incredible. I have never been to a hotel where the staff greeted me with so much sincerity and kindness. They went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our stay was special. We came for a wedding, and got back to the hotel at 4a.
