Rasah Hotels

room very clear, big and comfortable. the location is very convenient, nearby shopping mall and have very good food around there.

Wish i could've stayed longer

This review is not politically correct: It felt like being back in the West with everything so clean, modern and air-conditioned. The only thing that reminded me I was still in Malaysia was the mold growing in grout in the shower. Closely convenient to the airport. There is a shuttle to the hotel but it runs every hour. If I had known it was going to take that long, I would have just gotten a Grab. Gym and pool areas all very nice. Gym overlooks the pool on the 3rd floor.

Close to the airport and convenient to have airport shuttle service. Beautiful pool. Spacious rooms

This property is very well maintained. It is clean and well maintained. It has facilities to cater for large meetings or offsite meetings. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the Wifi needs to be improved as connection is really slow.

Highly suggested for long transits thru this airport. Clean room / bed and good showers to help you reset during the transit.

Staffs are friendly.

The breakfast option was excellent. Many options to choose from for any picky eater. Thank you

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It's SO worth it to sleep and shower if you have a long layover! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy the lounge area. It is conveniently located inside the terminal and near a bunch of restaurants.

From even before check-in, our experience was wonderful. We had questions on getting from airport to hotel: they answered promptly and arranged pick-up. Room was clean and well-appointed. Pool and grounds simply lovely. They offer free shuttles to nearby shopping and tourist areas and several cafes inside to dine at.

A nostalgic place for me since the the time the property was owned by Hilton, then Royal Adelphi and now Royals Chulan.

This place is so great! The staff are very nice and helpful. There is even a cat with a kitten who lives in the hostel! They are both so sweet and will hang out with you in the common area. I booked a private room and it was perfect. For the price, you are getting a great value. The location is not far from the airport. Food within walking distance. The common area has a large fridge and dishes you can use. There is a common area patio for smoking on the second floor. Just remember to abide by...

nice comfortable
