"El personal y staff muy amables y acomedidos. La comida estuvo buena, las bebidas muy bien. El aire acondicionado deberían permitir poder bajar más la temperatura. Solo podía dejarse a 22°c. La limpieza de habitaciones debe mejorar incluso hay un día que no nos realizaron limpieza en una de las habitaciones y deben fumigar para las plagas pues en dos ocasiones vi bichos en el baño. Y algo importante para los que compran sus paquetes por Expedia es mejorar sus comunicaciones entre el Hotel y Expedia pues tuvimos un mal momento a nuestra llegada empezando desde el transfer [Nexus Tours] en el cual no nos dieron el servicio privado por el que pagamos y siguiendo con el check in demorado por falta de información y detalle en el sistema del hotel q aunque mostré todas las pruebas que se ameritaban, y contacté a Expedia tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo en el traslado porque no nos enviaron un vehículo grande y privado por lo que dividieron mi familia y nos dieron servicio compartido, además en el registro de llegada porque no tuvieron en su sistema del hotel todo como q necesitaban en cuestión de nombres no nos daban paso a ingresar. El hotel debió buscar llamar directamente a Expedia y validar todo pero fue más facil indicar que fueramos nosotros quienes debíamos hacerlo, cuando la falla estaba en su comunicacion, fue muy desgastante y cansado tener q pasar por todo aquello sobretodo viajando con adultos mayores que estaban ya fastidiados por la situación. "

Rooms are very comfortable with all you need, balcony is a plus with couch and chairs, heated pool is also nice. All areas with relaxing music. Food at restaurant Fuego and Tiempo are of excellent food quality and great service. Highly recommended hotel to spend some days in tranquility and relaxation. "

"This is a great resort for families. The staff is wonderful, helpful, attentive and friendly. The pools, slides and food were great. My kids loved the activities. The pools were spotless and the active lifeguards were a very nice surprise for a parent. I’ve was concerned after I saw so many negative reviews but I think they must be taking the comments seriously because it was an amazing stay."

"We love this hotel. We got married here 13 years ago and decided to bring our daughter to show her our favourite all-inclusive resort. The rooms were clean and everything is well-maintained. The buffets were good but the a la cartes were only okay and the service wasn’t over-the-top. It wasn’t overcrowded and there were always beach chairs available. Lifeguards were plentiful! "
