The room was extremely spacious and spotless. The grounds were beautiful as well. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic! Can't wait to return for another visit. 5 stars!

Andy and Gretel have made the Customs house into an amazing place to stay. We stayed in the Policeman's apartment and on arrival realized right away that we'd made a mistake to book only one night - we should have booked several just for the experience of staying in this house longer! This was my favorite place that I stayed on a week-long journey down the Great Ocean Road and beyond. I ended up staying two nights because I was so comfortable in the "Black Room" at this elegant, historical property. It is a special place to stay.
