Fantastic stay in a great location. Breakfast was delicious and we got a complimentary bottle of wine. Rooms were spotless and the bar upstairs wZ beautiful for taking in the sunset.

We spent two nights at the hotel. We had a room with a double bed and a bunk bed for children. The room was cozy and had a balcony overlooking the street. Antonina on reception was very friendly. Although people in Ureki don’t speak English much , we really enjoyed our stay.

Room was very clean. Perfect location, safe clean and very close to the beach.

Very helpful property manager Anani... he accommodated a request that we made to modify our reservation without any hesitation. The apartment is nice with great views. It was very clean and the furniture is basic. Things to keep in mind... only 1 bathroom, no parking available & it is not a hotel, these are apartments.

This place is in a very busy area, so be prepared for loud music that can continue quite late into the night. For the price, it has everything you need, including water and a drying rack. Overall, I would recommend it for a short stay.

Good place with SPA/ swim inning pool all year open until late tune that make you independent from wether in Batumi.

These apartment hotels are ideal for a family. The staff is very friendly, and the places are sparkling clean with some appliances for preparing a simple dish. We had an ocean view room which was beautiful. The location is very close to Batumi Mall. The only downside was that, even though the place was designed for four people, we had to request an extra rolling bed because the sofa bed was too small for two adults. The staff provided it for an additional cost of 50 GEL per night. If there were...
