"We stayed jist 1 night while in Tranzit. The room was clean and tidy, as was the bathroom. The staff we encountered for helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was good and started early to accommodate travellers with early flights. Location is handy and there is a pre arranged shuttle service available between terminal and hotel. Happy to stay again."

"I had to move rooms three times in three days, the AC kept breaking down, not good at all considering the weather. Food at the restaurants was ok, staff are very friendly and do try to help, it is not their fault that air conditioning in the rooms does not work. Will not recommend a stay here."

"It’s brand new hotel. Love the location. Check in was smooth. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast needs to improve. Pools are great and clean. Most of all, the staffs are kind, friendly and helpful. Will stay there again for the future. Keep up a good work!!! "

"The hotel is well maintained, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful, and the bed was great. Breakfast was pleasant—the overall breakfast crew were very attentive and accommodating, and the addition of the egg station was a great touch. I did miss having regular bacon with my eggs, and the fruit seemed a little old on the day I had it. The only downside for me was the location—it’s a bit far from where I needed to go, although it’s conveniently next to a shopping mall. That said, Pondok Indah Mall is still my top go-to mall in Jakarta. Overall, it was a great stay, just slightly too far for my preference."

"All good except we can hear the announcements at the airport and guests coming in and out of their rooms. The sound proof of rooms can be improved. Excellent staff!!"
