Best hotel i have ever been to by far.

breakfast was very good.

I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

Excellent bed and breakfast style stay with great service. The service provided by Mercy was the highlight of our stay. The free breakfast was hot and delicious. Will stay here again in the future.

Theres a fee tonuse the pool area

The place is dated and some areas like steps are in dire need of repair, however, what impressed us were the staff as they would go out of their way to really accommodate our needs. Service is top notch. Our families enjoyed swimming in the pools while my besties and I get to have our quality time catching up to news.

Their Pool does not exist. It’s very far from our unit and it was closed.

Nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is a little pricey but worth it for the quality and variety of dishes. Beautiful decor but I’m not a gambler so the casino is a minus for me.

The hotel is just Perfect for what we needed! Location is very convenient! It’s very clean , staff were very friendly and the most unforgettable experience was the breakfast included ! We were expecting a continental breakfast only but were surprised With the huge spread of good food! Thank you! We’re booking our next stay before we go back to US!

The staff is amazing here and they go above and beyond. I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). My family had an amazing stay for 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel. The room is very spacious, clean, and well organized. The staff are very accommodating and approachable during the stay. I highly recommend this hotel (City Gardens Suite Hotel Manila). We'll surely come back in here. Keep it up!
