"Great location with Minatomirai Station at the basement of Queen’s Square where hotel is located. It is also linked to Mark Is mall & Landmark Plaza where there are many eateries & shops. Would definitely return to stay here! "
"This hotel was very nice. Our room was comfortable and nicely appointed. My only comment here is that we had requested a river view. There is construction across the river so it wasn't the beautiful view I was expecting. Of course that is not the hotel's fault, but it is worth noting. The staff was wonderful! Very helpful. They have a shuttle to the beginning of the Hakone Loop, which was helpful. We enjoyed the onsen in the hotel, Great place to relax. The restaurant and bar were very good. We had an excellent dinner there. And had their buffet breakfast twice. I would recommend this hotel."
"The outside private onsen is really just big enough for one. The rooms are kind of small. Food is very good and drinks are available for all tastes. I am gold vip and was supposed to get a 5600 yen credit that never materialized. The room price included dinner but they listed credit separately. Apparently this is confusing English translation. I eventually got that the room prices include 5600 yen dinner. Not credit. They should probably clean up the deception in the promotion. Just put bundle price. Otherwise nice hotel and spa. "
"Burna ubicación, justo enfrente de varias estaciones de tren y metro. Vista increíble de la rueda de la fortuna (cargo extra) y el puerto. Las habitación estaba muy pequeña, tenia un olor extraño. Amenidades bien, y con sistema de imanes para indicar si se requiere limpieza o no.
Usamos el TAQBIN y recibieron nuestras maletas un día antes, todo bien hasta ahí. Check in eficiente, con terminales.
Desafortunadamente el check out fue un caos, el staff estaba corriendo y el servicio fue terrible. Algunas de nuestras maletas seguían en storage, ya qué en la habitación no había espacio, la persona que me atendió, entre la diferencia de idioma y su estrés por la larga línea, no se detuvo a ayudarme y seguía mandándome al 7Eleven ya qué solo vio mi recibo de TAQBIN. Me tuve que volver a formar, esperar, hablar con otra persona (inglés un poco mejor), qué le pregunto a la chica anterior, que seguía mandándonos a otro lado. Al final tuve que actuar firme y pedirle que revisara sus storage locations, obviamente las maletas estaban ahí y al final pudimos recogerlas.
Recomendación: usar google translate o cualquier app de este tipo. Y esperar o seguir preguntado."
"This is a fantastic hotel with so much history. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and the facilities with the onsen, the garden, the bar, the lounge- everything is so lovely. They even upgraded our room view which was very nice.
The only odd thing was a particular waitress that were serving us in the Japanese restaurant and also in the breakfast hall the next day. She was insistent on us buying a sake pairing when we didn’t want to. For the breakfast she also insisted we buy the breakfast package even though we had already ordered something else. I also found it odd that she gave us the bill before we had finished eating and she seemed to forget about our breakfast for 40 minutes.
Other than that, it was absolutely amazing. The rest of the staff were incredibly accommodating and professional. "
