"No había agua caliente y había un ruido en las tuberías toda la noche"

"Estuve por poco tiempo y me hubiera encantado disfrutar mas de las instalaciones, la habitacion estuvo impecable super comoda, el baño igual con agua caliente, todo muy limpio y acogedor, buena cobija para el frio, el restaurante lindo, la comida rica, la atencion muy buena. La seguridad de las habitaciones excelente me genero mucha confianza, fui sola y pues dormi con mucha tranquilidad.. .. super recomendado 👌 me encanto.. ☺️"

"The room was good although I found hair that didn't belong to me on the sheets..Also noticed that the floor wasn't needed better sweeping....I came to find out by a male staff that I couldn't invite my friend to my room..although my friend lives there in town...my friend was only picking up that I brought as a gift..and this whole incounter, the male staff was a bit rude..😐"

"First time in Pasto. Service was impeccable, the owner and his staff friendly and helpful. Place itself charming and clean. Breakfast fabulous. location safe. 15 min walk to downtown. Restaurants one or two blocks away. Catholic church one block away (that was very nice and unexpected) Highly recommend! "

"Caos al hacer el checkin pero despues el servicio atención y amabilidad fue excelente. Mucho ruido de la piscina. El area que lleva a la playa necesita mucha atencion. Sucio y descuidado. "
