"Room was spacious and clean. Liked the small cushions at the sofa. The space for luggage bag is at the corner (hence not very convenient) and that area is quite dark. The sockets are good, no need to use travel adaptor. Had a pleasant surprise birthday card and towel deco from housekeeping Yuni.
The toilet flush is quite weak and the toilet paper is very thin. The flush button is too low and too close to the bidet. Didn't like the hand held shower head, it's the type where it's not flexible and adjustable. Liked that the shower area has corner space for own toiletries. Breakfast has good variety. I had a surprise cake for my birthday. But the seating arrangement is not good, all tables cater for 4 pax, so solo traveler like me ended up at the high chair table and I knocked on the table a few times. Location although it's central, it's very hard to walk to nearby mall with the crazy traffic and useless traffic lights. And since I had food vouchers, I had my dinner most of the time at the hotel restaurant. Menu is a little limited, it would be good if there's more choices."
"Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The WiFi was excellent and the staff were all amazing.
The buffet breakfast was well stocked at all times and included plenty of variety of Indonesian foods.
The rooftop Sky Bar afforded great views, happy hour was enjoyable and the food on offer was tasty, although pizza, pasta and burgers are not our preference.
We couldn't fault the hotel at all, everything was fabulous. While it isn't located near anything to see or do, it is only a IDR30k Grab ride to KL Braga."
"The resort is beautiful. The staff are beautiful. The spa is very nice. Breakfast is among the best I have eaten anywhere, with tremendous variety. Unfortunately a (nearby?) mosque starts its prayers at 4 AM and plays them on a loudspeaker as loud as the system can push. So sleeping past 4 AM takes discipline I simply do not have. This is not the fault of the resort. Perhaps they can talk to the Imam to get him to turn down the volume? Alternately, the resort could replace all the glazing with triple-glazed sound proofed units? A costly solution for sure, but maybe that would help? Perhaps some 'anti-sound' system within the rooms might help? The people at the resort were simply amazing and acknowledged our concern and are even more impacted for sure than we were for our 2 night stay. So I felt bad for them. I adapted by going to bed at 8 PM and during our stay."
