"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We stayed in a suite and the room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed and high quality amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout our visit. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very attentive. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated to major attractions. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Kyoto again. "

"Very close to most of the Kyoto’s central shopping and market places and it’s the first advantage of this hotel. Breakfast is also good and served with plenty of menus and staffs are also very kind and helpful with prompt service. I would stay again if I had a chance to visit Kyoto again."

"The hotel was fine-room was small but clean. Staff was accommodating but not super helpful. The restaurant was ok but very booked up at night-not allowing us to dine there without reservation"

"Cleaning staff were excellent. The location is nice as it’s close to Aeon Mall but at the far end of the station which took longer walking times to other areas. Room size that we reserved was good however the hotel could use an updated look on the exterior. "

"The hotel was situated in a great location, especially if you plan to use the train often. The room was great. It was clean and ready by check-in. Staff were friendly. You can leave luggage in a secure area for free after check-out in case you have time to roam around. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth it. "
