"I stayed at BWP for 5 days. Without doubt I can say the staff here is the best hotel staff I have seen in over 40 years of travelling. The service orientation across the board from greeting staff, bell boys, reception, house keeping, room service, cafeterias, etc is unmatched.
The amenities and the facility compares favourably with other hotels in the similar class. The service standards set them apart.
