Clean modern room, nice lobby and tasty breakfast

Great experience.

Pretty good except we think people previously smoked in our non-smoking room. Still a good hotel though and would stay again.

We had a really great stay here and the staff was super friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend it!

We went to Yellow Mountain for 3 days and stayed at the Crown Plaza, which is about an hour away from Yellow Mountain. The hotel staff is very knowledgeable about the area and are excellent at arranging transportations that will make your travel smooth. The best part came with the worse. My family came down with food poisoning (not related to the hotel). We called the concierge close to mid-night asking for assistance as a few of us were feeling VERY VERY ill. The room was very comfortable and large with great amenities. It was a fantastic place to rest after long days on the mountain. The staff were more than willing to help out and give us maps, directions, tips, and even backpacks for hiking. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the mountains and plenty of restaurants.

This is the second time I have stayed there and it is a vast improvement on the first and I will definitely be returning in a couple of months time

The host in Jingdezhen is incredibly warm and attentive—he even went out of his way to help with our luggage. While the room isn’t large, it’s fully equipped with all essentials, and the brand-new intelligent toilet is a nice modern touch. Best of all, the location is unbeatable, putting us close to top attractions and local eateries. It’s a perfect blend of heartfelt hospitality and convenient comfort that made our stay truly memorable.

The room has amazing view. The owner of the homestay was very nice. He took us to scenic mountain and pick us up with no charge also served breakfast and gave us bottles of water. Best service and best stay if you are in Shangrao!
