Tibet Hotels

Long check-in inspite of staff being available and got different room during my second night stay inspite of clear communications.

We were very pleased with the service at the hotel. Mr. Tenzin at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful, especially with arranging our room upgrade. The entire front desk team and housekeeping staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of choices. The hotel grounds were also very clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attentive service.

A lot of experience at Hotel was very good. Location of the property is little further route from Citi center, which is exactly about 60 mins. Additionally, very few English speaking staff are available at the restaurant. The menus are all in Chinese and we have to use Google translate translate the menu. Property is family friendly and is a minor upgrading Hindi backyard.

Lobby was ice cold even staff complained about how cold the lobby is. Staff Vicki and Justin were amazing staffs who attended to my questions and provided assistance.
