"Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Only issue we had as our shower head was not working and maintenance apparently went to look at it a couple of times and said it was fine. I do have to mention gentleman at the front desk offered to give us a different room but we had so much junk it was not worth it. We normally use this hotel when we travel to SLP mainly because of convenience. "
