"Really enjoyed breakfast, friendly staff. Bathroom was a bit tired but clean. Within walking distance of airport althought not easy to navigate pedestrian access in the dark."

"Room are light and bright. The views that we had to the runway at the airport were fantastic. The whole room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We have stayed at the Parkroyal many times before flying out on our holidays and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again for future trips. The staff are also great and very approachable if any small problems."

"I stayed for one night at this hotel - what clearly stands out is the customer service orientation of their staff - very friendly, helpful. You feel they really care to make sure one has a great stay. Overall the hotel is clean, quiet, spacious rooms, comfy beds - all good. Very convenient airport shuttle on call. Would stay there again any time"

The hotel is perfectly located re transport and beautiful parks and gardens to wander through, plus delicious restaurants and cafes close by to enjoy...... The restaurant serves deliciously fresh and generous dishes...Mark and Lucy are divinely attentive( try the Negroni mixed by Lucy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HEAVEN) BRAVO to all...

"It was just a great little place to stay. It's surprisingly quiet, friendly staff at the desk, convenient location.....it was perfect for my business trip. The only negative feedback is the bedside phones. They are very big and outdated. I think there's some better options. Everything else was just fantastic"
