"We stayed while we were visiting Melbourne for football games at MCG. Its a convenient lication with good facilities both within the unit/hotel and surrounding location. Especially having 3 active boys with the park so close by for them to burn off energy."
"I really liked having a kitchenette. Cooking meals was a big bonus. One thing I didn't like is I couldn't figure out the nespresso machine. So I stuck to the instant coffee they supply. You can fill up on filtered water in the lobby. They do sell bags of chips, wine, beer, and soda in the lobby. Everything was very clean. Very nice staff."
"I enjoyed a 1 night stopover. Convenient location to airport. 24 hr Shuttle service was excellent as plane was delayed so didnt need to worry sbout being late or missing the service. Breakfast also good. Would stay again."
"I stayed for one night at this hotel - what clearly stands out is the customer service orientation of their staff - very friendly, helpful. You feel they really care to make sure one has a great stay.
Overall the hotel is clean, quiet, spacious rooms, comfy beds - all good. Very convenient airport shuttle on call.
Would stay there again any time"
"Great hotel, great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. Bed was extremely comfy. Would have liked a trash can in the room (but that’s a minor point)."

"Very central location in the CBD. Ideal for Theatre and Performances in Melbourne. Easy access to trams and trains. Also, close proximity to Bourke St Mall.
My ideal accommodation choice. Highly recommend."
"Great coffee shop out front. Staff were hospitable and very helpful. Great place to stay with supermarket, Chemist and Preston Market walking distance."
"It was a very modern room. Very clean and tidy. The reason we stayed there was it was only 6 minutes from our car hire and they took us to Tullamarine airport."

We checked in around 1am in the morning due to late arrival in the city, but the staff is very helpful to make our check in process smooth.
Room is spacious and clean. They have provided microwave on our request as well.
Close to all transportation modes. Located in a calm place. Really enjoyed the stay.
Perfect location for getting around the city. Breakfast amazing and the service was top notch. We will stay again when we are in Melbourne so happy we found this little gem.
The property is clean and maintained with all the right room touches for a delightful work stay — netflix, washer & dryer, kitchenette, usable fridge, fast wifi, and space to work.
We are a retired American couple. We stayed at the Howie for 2 days. The location is excellent. It is literally about 50 ft from some of the most famous "lanes" in Melbourne.
The ground floor has a cafe which was very busy each day. There are countless eateries on the streets surrounding the hotel.
There is a coin operated washer & dryer availabe, which worked great (the front desk will make change for you).
The staff was very friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
As a person in a wheelchair, I appreciated the simple layout of the rooms. Easy place to store my chair (I'm always looking for the place of the outlets) and pretty simple desk chairs to use. The beds are always too high for me so I always need to boost myself with the desk chairs.
Some hotels go over the top with their desk chairs making it hard to climb into bed. But this was pretty straight forward.
