The property was very nice and clean.

I was immaculate as usual and peaceful off Philips hwy. I love the family oriented scenes and love they put in the hotel. Washer and dryer accessories to accommodate your needs even iron and board

This hotel was very clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location. Not sure why we need to pay for parking since there is a large lot and 5 cars in it. Rooms are nice and the hotel is on the river walk.

We stayed here Valentine's Day weekend. The hotel was quite busy. We arrived at 2 pm and were told the room would not be ready until 3 pm (normal check-in time). The manager took my phone number and said she would call if it was ready earlier. We returned at 3:30 pm, the room was not ready and initially we were told it would be another 30-45 minutes. Ugh. To her credit, the manager found us another suitable room (upgrade) and all were happy. The staff worked with us to make sure we were...

Super safe area with well lit parking. Friendly and quick reception with iced down drinks and snacks available at checkin. Foosball tables and comfortable seating araaa in lobby. Fast elevators and spacious clean room. Huge flat screen. Brand new linens. High end sliding shade. New hotel style furnishings eliminating need for drawers or a closed in closet. Hair dryers and soaps and shampoos all included. Quiet and safe hallway and area. Hot buffet breakfast and terrific coffee. Outdoor...

Nice hotel, great room, nice stay, I would use them again

Room was nice and clean; it had plenty of electronic outlets which is a plus. The only drawback was the location of the room; the primary window faced the back and early in the morning a delivery came and the workers were loud.

Not the easiest accessibility wise. Beautiful hotel but difficult to traverse with a physical disability. The parking is “far away” across from the hotel and not much parking, to be honest. I just needed a layover time to sleep and the beds were kind of rough, very firm but not terrible. It wasn’t all horrible, it was a very clean hotel with very clean rooms. It was just an accessible nightmare.

We were avoiding a hurricane so cut our vacation in GA short to stay near the airport. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was super friendly the hotel was quiet and clean and made what could have been a stressful situation very comfortable

Not being familiar with the Jacksonville area this was sort of a central location. Getting around was pretty simple. The staff was great with helping to answer questions
