It was a great stay. The location is one stop away from the airport and there is a commuter train stop right at the doorsteps so it's very easy to get into the city if you need to go there. I was very happy with the room and service. I got to enjoy their sauna which was great!
We stayed at Hotel AX July 23 2026 and checked out on July 29th! I thought from the moment this American checked in until the time we checked out the hotel staff was unbelievably helpful and kind! The room was so incredibly clean! The breakfast was top notch! It was nothing like we serve as a breakfast in the US! The only warning i will give is, if you're accustomed to AC or a cold hotel room, bring a fan (we're from Arizona so we need AC :)~ ). The front desk ladies found a fan for us and sleep...
This is an excellent hotel. I was traveling as a tourist, and it is close to most attractions in the city.
The hotel staff (front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping) were always friendly and helpful. The front desk staff spent an exceptional amount of time helping me find and book various "tourist" excursions.

We arrived by train around 1:30am, the hotel entrance is just outside of the main station entrance, very convenient. The desk staff was ready and checked us in very quickly. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, good selections and was happy to see iced coffee. Check out was a breeze and we were off to explore before taking the train back to the airport.

Nice hotel, location decent, brand new. I would say that no cleaning service could be a problem for some, but I enjoy the privacy. Check-in very easy with kiosks and code is emailed to you.
Loved the hotel and staff. It is undergoing some renovation but it is still very clean and functional. Also having your own private sauna in the room was awesome!
It was a great stay. Room is very clean and modern, breakfast was incredible, big choice of everything, location is very convenient, 10 minutes walk to bus station and 15 minutes walk to the central train station. Staff was also extremely helpful and friendly, I will stay again in this hotel next time visiting Helsinki.
