"I enjoyed my stay at the Eresin Hotel Topapi. The staff were very friendly and helpfuLso we did not suffer from a language barrier.
The rooms were very clean, the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of both Turkish and American food.I particularly like the location, in close walking distance to a train station."
"The toilet flush button kept getting stuck after use, causing continuous water leakage and unnecessary water waste, as well as a constant and disturbing noise.
No tea bags or coffee bags in the room , only kettle and paper cups, I asked the receptionist, he told me that they don't provide these, only 2 small water bottles.
The breakfast buffet lacked variety and did not offer a wide selection of food items compared to what would be expected from a 4-star hotel.
The location is great, also they...
"“I feel very lucky to have found such a hotel in Istanbul. Spotlessly clean rooms, a great location, and an incredibly attentive team… Everything was enjoyable from check-in to check-out. The staff’s genuine care really makes a difference. We will definitely come back!”"
"The property was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. However, the pictures didn't match the property. Property is a much older property."
"A fantastic hotel located in the old city, near excellent sightseeing spots like the Kariye Mosque. The staff are very helpful and polite. It’s very clean, with large, well-equipped rooms. Overall, it’s a highly recommended place to stay if you’re visiting Istanbul."
"Sehr freundliches Personal! Es wurde täglich gefragt ob alles okay ist und wir etwas brauchen. Frühstück war sehr gut was Preis Leistungsverhältnis angeht. Gerne buchen wir dort wieder. Im Wintergarten mit Blick auf Palmen war das Frühstück in der Nähe der historischen Altstadtmauer sehr schön!"
"The room was smelling so bad from smoking although I requested previously a non smoking room, they had no other better option so they brought a fragrance to kill the bad smell and opened all windows.
Minutes later I noticed that all the carpet is so wet from a previous water flood from the toilet, the water looks brownish so I insisted to move out and they offered a nother room.
The staff were cooperative and friendly."
"Upon arrival we were upgraded to a lovely room with a balcony and sea view. Great location minutes from Sultanahmet mosque, Aya Sofia mosque, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and tram stops (Sultanahmet & Çemberlitaş). All the staff were very helpful throughout our stay, especially Ahmet. "

If you're planning a bit of sightseeing head to Constantinople Walls— just one of the monuments in Istanbul City Center. Why not live the cultural experience and visit the cathedral, churches, and museums in the area— your sightseeing tour starts here. Istanbul has lots of other significant landmarks you might want to visit such as Hagia Sophia.
First of all I wanted to say thank you to all the staff; they make us feel like at home. We spent almonth one month and my daughter was always happy as us too! - I will come bcak in the future when visiting Istanbul again!
Quite good hotel for those 2 stars. Very clean, towels were changed every day, the staff was helpful. Near the tram and metro station, a lot of small cafes around. But the room was very small - for two people ok, but we were tree. I ordered the room with two beds - one king size and one single betd, but we've got three single beds. Decided to not shout, because were very tired. Anyway, if you are looking for excellence, better to choose Hilton:))
My intial plan is to stay one night then extend or find another hotel, I ended up staying 8 days, the hotel is great specially the manger and Omar they are welcoming, helpful with big smile, the breakfast is great and the breakfast staff very cheerful and helpful, the hotel is located in prime location near everything, bus and metro station.
Near the hotel small place sells doner sandwiches it is excellent don't miss it. Insha Allah I will always stay in Kensington Hotel in the future and...
Newly renovated hotel. Clean room with balcony top floor facing sea. Exceptional staff. Always offered coffee or tea whenever you walked in. It is so centally located. Everything is walkibg distance. Like Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaaar, Spice Bazaar, lots of earing places
The Celine is a very nice hotel tucked into a small street not far from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was awesome (cold cuts/bread at hand, and hot food such as omelettes and pancakes made to order). The breakfast servers were especially friendly and professional. We enjoyed seeing them each morning as we got our day started. Our room on the 4th floor had a great view all the way to the water. Wifi worked well. Bed was comfortable. Room was...
When I booked this hotel I never thought that his hotel would be truly a luxurious haven in the heart of the Beyoglu distritct, near to most attractions. The rooms apart from spacious are tastefully decorated and contain every possible item a traveler could need. The top floor where breakfast and dinner is served provides extraordinary views of the bosforus, the horn and Topaki Palace. Also, the staff are very helpful. I hope to return soon.
Rooms and beds are new, and very comfortable. Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. This is an excellent place to stay near Sultanamet if you want a more luxurious accomodations.
Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. I have never met a more genuine and caring person.
Housekeeping was lovely and efficient!
Breakfast was amazing, hats off to the restaurateur/manager, lovely gentleman, very committed to...
