"We ate at the Blue Coyote Cantina prior to the Leann Rimes concert. It was crazy busy but the staff were all very friendly and the service was excellent. I had the Chicken Torta and my friend had Chicken Tanga … both were delicious and we would both order again.
The show in the ballroom was very good and, again, the staff were friendly and efficient but the ‘banquet’ style chairs very uncomfortable to sit in for a 90 minute plus show. "
