"The hotel is truly exceptional! The service is of the highest standard, and the entire staff goes above and beyond to accommodate every guest and fulfill every request. We honestly do not have a single complaint – everything was simply perfect. We can’t wait to come back again!"
"Hotel was overall amazing as you would expect. Best breakfast I have ever seen in hotel, amazing views (we paid for sea view and really worth it). Only issue was we had flat (no bubbles) champagne served which was not only very overpriced but undrinkable, not what you would expect. I got cake on my birthday and on our anniversary. Great views and tables at dinner and staff could not have been nicer. Thank you Murat for trying to find us the best room!"
"Great location. Rooms were spacious and had great views. The pool was really nice! Breakfast was overpriced and very busy- I would not recommend this."
"Very comfortable room. The a/c worked great. Room was close to the Metro stops. I was focused on seeing the bazaar and Hagia Sophia, which are a few stops south... and so missed out on exploring Taksim square (don't make the same mistake as me!) The staff was very kinda. And the food at the hotel was a little spendy, but delicious."
"An incredible stay at this hotel! The view was beautiful, the food was delicious, The service was outstanding — professional, attentive, and made me feel truly cared for. Everything about my experience was top-notch, and I felt incredible staying here. Highly recommended!"
"All was great. Very clean and extremely well maintained. Concierge was available 24 hours. Hotel was close to everything we wanted to visit. Highly recommend."
"The breakfast was terrific. We stayed in the Jacqueline Kennedy suite. Filled with Kennedy memorabilia even for one originally from John’s birthplace. The hotel is a grand old dame. Worth a visit in a very busy and fun area filled with night life. Istanbul is a fascinating city of history and modernity. Go you’ll be surprised especially if from the U.S. or Canada."

I visit Istanbul every year with my family, and every year we stay at Dekalp — we've been loyal guests since the year it opened. I can't say enough good things about the hotel, the staff, and the owner.
The hotel is clean and beautifully kept, and its location near the ferry docks makes getting around the city quick and easy. Instead of sitting in traffic for hours to cross the bridge, you get to take the boat — a genuinely meditative experience, feeding seagulls and taking in Istanbul's...
We loved our 4 night stay. Great location, attentive housekeeping, clean room, and a lot of little things in the room that help when you're on vacation- nightstands for each person with reading lights, big windows but quiet, fridge, extra blanket, replenished water everyday. Queen bed was hard if you're sensitive to that but we didn't mind.
All Staff were very helpful and very kind , the location is very nice , connected to shopping mall , very clean , very nice hotel , i highly recommend it .
A brand new property (4 months old). Very comfortable and well decorated. Staff were very polite and useful offering tea and coffee when we returned to the hotel. Location was very convenient to many amenities. Nice courtyard. Breakfast was average and lunch was not served. The rate was very attractive. Highly recommend.
This is going to sound like I'm being paid to write this but I assure you I'm the one who paid.
The hotel is a 4 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia & Blue Mosque & a 5 minute walk to the tram. Every employee there gets a 10/10 for helpfulness, politeness, & on being accommodating.
They helped me book tours, called taxis for me & gave me tips on how to navigate the city - who to speak to, who to stay away from, how much I should expect to pay for certain goods & services so I don't get...
Istanbul is a great city and you can't find a better location than hotel Sultania. All the main attractions (topkapi palace, hagia sophia, basilic cistern, blu mosque, Egyptian bazaar) are within walking distance, the longest we walked was to the grand bazaar which was about 1 km. However, the tram is right around the corner if you don't like to walk, and is very frequent. Even the ferries to galata and the Asian side are walking distance.
The hotel and the hotel staff are extraordinary. They...
This little gem was such a pleasant stay! The front desk was incredibly helpful in arranging transport and suggesting things to do during the day, the breakfast was delicious and fantastic, and the kitchen ladies were so lovely and kind. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia were less than a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.
Ajwa Sultanahmet is a stunning jewel hidden from plain view. Its very aesthetically done up inside and is in a great location if you want to explore the old city in Istanbul Great breakfast to get you started and a fantastic hotel overall. We travel quite a bit and this was one of the best places we've stayed in. Highly recommended
