"Lovely art deco style hotel in old Manila. Lovely rooms and common areas."

"I booked this place expecting a regular private condo as advertised, but it turned out to be a shared apartment with two other guests. I had to share the bathroom and kitchen, which was never mentioned clearly on the website. The owner refused a refund when I tried to cancel, even though the pictures online were completely different from the actual property. "The room was basic and a bit dated but clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing as it had a wide selection of International and Filipino choices, including cook to order options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was walkable to many restaurants, shopping malls and several of Manila's National museums. The hotel is a good budget choice for tourists visiting Manila."
