I didn’t arrive at the Hotel until after 3am and checked out early, so wasn’t really there long enough to really rate the Hotel properly. I slept through breakfast so missed that. But definitely want to give a big shout out to the fellow on the Reception. Once I got up to my room for whatever reason my combination lock on my suitcase would not unlock and I was getting quite upset as I couldn’t open it. Clean room and well maintained property is

Very helpful staff & excellent restaurant.

As a person in a wheelchair, I appreciated the simple layout of the rooms. Easy place to store my chair (I'm always looking for the place of the outlets) and pretty simple desk chairs to use. The beds are always too high for me so I always need to boost myself with the desk chairs. Some hotels go over the top with their desk chairs making it hard to climb into bed. But this was pretty straight forward.

Great location, comfortable room, no complaints

we were greeted friendly and warmth welcomed by Yeong Gi and Fena. They clearly explained what we needed during the stay. I would rate them a 5 stars.

The Savoy is beautifully decorated, the room was comfortable and well designed, and the food and drink were absolutely phenomenal.

Our stay was transitional as we had an early flight the next morning and wanted to be close to the airport. We were offered an early check in which was great. Staff were friendly and offered suggestions on local area. The unit was perfect. Very clean and spacious. We would be interested in a longer term stay next time we are in Melbourne.

Great hotel, great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. Bed was extremely comfy. Would have liked a trash can in the room (but that’s a minor point).

The room exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities offered. Location was ideal for travel to both St. Kilda and the CBD. Staff members were kind and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate booking the property on a future Melbourne visit.
