"This property is a short 5 minute walk from the airport. It is so fresh and clean and my room was such a good size! Check in was quick and easy (much appreciated after a long-haul flight). The blackout blinds were great. Breakfast had a good selection of food and plenty of places to sit."

Apart from the friendly and efficient reception staff, my room was impeccably clean.
Most pleasing was the well prepared and presented evening meal. The eye fillet was exactly cooked to my request for medium. My only suggestion would be that the mashed potato base would been less stogey with the use of such as Kennebec.

"We have stayed here a few times when we visit urbnsurf, tried a few in the area and it’s my favourite for the price. Rooms are quiet and stay dark as the sun rises, beds are comfy. Decent enough breakfast and quite a good meal in the restaurant also. Staff are lovely. "

"This is a truly amazing hotel. Very close to Southern Cross Marvel Stadium Crown. Lots of restaurants. Breakfast is included in all rooms (Full breakfast). Room was small but more than adequate for our needs beds very good. Shower pressure could have been a bit better. Some better signage out the front would help."

Excellent place to stop for the night. It's close to some shopping, and only 15-20 minutes from the Melbourne airport.
The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, and they offered complimentary access to the full gym and pool which is located right next to the hotel.
The hotels.com ad said breakfast was included in the rate. When I went to check out, the desk attendant told me that it is never included in the rate, but that they would honor the hotels.com ad. They held true to their word, and...
I didn’t arrive at the Hotel until after 3am and checked out early, so wasn’t really there long enough to really rate the Hotel properly. I slept through breakfast so missed that. But definitely want to give a big shout out to the fellow on the Reception. Once I got up to my room for whatever reason my combination lock on my suitcase would not unlock and I was getting quite upset as I couldn’t open it. Our stay was transitional as we had an early flight the next morning and wanted to be close to the airport. We were offered an early check in which was great. Staff were friendly and offered suggestions on local area. The unit was perfect. Very clean and spacious. We would be interested in a longer term stay next time we are in Melbourne.
Great location near all you need to see in Fitz Roy. Right in-between both weekend markets, at your door step was quite nice. Heaps of options for food and coffee - could eat every meal out for a week and a different place each time, without making a dent in all the options.
Perfect location for getting around the city. Breakfast amazing and the service was top notch. We will stay again when we are in Melbourne so happy we found this little gem.
As a person in a wheelchair, I appreciated the simple layout of the rooms. Easy place to store my chair (I'm always looking for the place of the outlets) and pretty simple desk chairs to use. The beds are always too high for me so I always need to boost myself with the desk chairs.
Some hotels go over the top with their desk chairs making it hard to climb into bed. But this was pretty straight forward.
