"Excellent hotel located about 15mins from central station. Big clean rooms with helpful multilingual staff. Gym, pool and sauna available during designated hours. All clean and properly maintained."
"The ventilation was terrible. It was always cooler outside than inside. Sweating while sleeping was terrible. Learned how to use laundry with app. That was very convenient. Shared kitchen was convenient"
"Easy check in. We were able to store our bags and do some sightseeing since we arrived early in the morning. Great location very convenient to the main train station (HBF). Breakfast was also very nice."

Freiheitshalle is a venue in Neuhausen - Nymphenburg. If you enjoy the show and want to see another, German Theater, Bavarian State Opera, and National Theater are not far.
We loved staying at this property. There is a tram right outside that made travel super easy. We also enjoyed the free coffee and hot chocolate. The only complaints we have are that the bed was too hard and breakfast was expensive. We would definitely stay here again though if we ever find ourselves back in Munich.
The room was small but it had all we needed to lay our heads and shower after a few days of touring around Munich and going to Oktoberfest. The Tram is only a block up the street offering convenience to the train station and other parts of the city. It as also only 2 stops away from Oktoberfest. The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful our whole stay.
Good location for travel by train. Dining options nearby are somewhat limited, but it's very close to the tram which is easy to use to get around Munich. The staff were very helpful. There are no self-service laundry facilities onsite but there is a laundromat about 15 minutes away walking.
The hotel was in Old Town Munich. Excellent restaurants steps away. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the bedding and how clean the room was. Absolutely a great choice to stay.
Great Hotel! Amazing staff as they responded to all request quickly. They even help me find a nail salon close by. VIP room upgrade was amazing! Very clean hotel, amazing gym considering the area. Very quiet, close by all shopping and dining in Marienplatz.
Nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, good location for our trip (few minutes walk to the train station), we walked to Marienplatz, other attractions and restaurants.
Having just arrived from a terrible hotel experience in Paris as part of an extended vacation, checking in to Hotel Metropol was a breath of fresh air. All of the staff was friendly, hospitable, and very helpful but the gentlemen who works the front desk in the afternoon was exceptional!! He provided me with local recommendations of where to go and a map of how to get there, clear and useful instructions for how the hotel works, and his energy and spirit were just so welcoming. I breathed a...
Great hotel, rooms so nice. Roof top bar was great and view was unbelievable. Service outstanding, didn’t hesitate to hold our bags or accommodate early check-in for tired travelers. We are a family with 3 kids and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Very walkable area.
Simply perfect. I'm gonna say best value for any hotel. Love the room design themed on a painter. Everything was brand new, super clean and 100% working. Front desk people are funny and delightful.
The location is great if you want to explore the old town. The direct neighborhood around the station is a little funky but it's diverse and fun.
We were unfamiliar with the Westend area, but really liked the neighborhood of this hotel. We chose this hotel because of the area, price and Trip Advisor reviews. We had no complaints with this hotel (other than the fact that it does not have air conditioning, which might be a factor in warmer weather). That being said, we also didn't think there was anything particularly outstanding about the hotel that would separate it from other hotels. But the staff was very helpful and accommodating and...
Amazing restaurant with wonderful service. Breakfast buffet is well worth it and a great restaurant for dinner upon arrival. Rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Great location in a beautiful area!
Hotel was in fabulous location just off Marienplatz. It was cute, had little pastries on check in. The breakfast was good and had a nice breakfast room. Perfect base to explore central Munich and super close to U and S bahn stop. Sad I only stayed one night. Would definitely stay longer in the future.
Best hotel, conveniently located for the Oktoberfest. I’ve stayed there the last 2 years for Oktoberfest and it’s the only hotel I’ll stay at in Munich! I will definitely be back!
