"Room was clean, bathroom was updated, and it had a slide door which was nice to have. View wasn't great, but that wasn't something that was a priority for us. We slept well, the room was quiet and dark with the blackout curtains, which was important for us. Location was good, close to railway and to bus stops, which helped with getting around easily. We were able to walk to many locations, and utilize the city bus or tram to get to further locations, without any issues. Breakfast was listed as continental, but it was more of a full breakfast with hot items included. Bar terrace on top floor was nice, with great views. We were happy with the hotel, and felt that it was a good pick for us."

"We stayed one night on Oct 1st, nice and clean hotel, helpful staff. The only thing that I didn't like is that they changed the room before we arrived as we were 3 people. I booked a queen and 2 twins room online and they changed it to one queen and one twin. Me and my son are big guys and it was not comfortable for us. They let us do 1 hour late check out instead. Next time I will make sure they don't change the room as I paid more for the bigger room."
