Staff members are very courteous and always smiling. Breakfast is very good - buffet. Generally it's clean. They clean the room everyday as requested. There's always bottled water in the rooom as complimentary amenity. Internet has average speed. Towels are old and they need to buy new ones.
Discovery suites was wonderful! The staff was polite, professional, and attentive. The room (premiere 2 queen suite) had a lot of space, great amenities (toaster oven, fridge, dvd player,etc) and we were a short walk to megamall. The area is a bit busy during the day, but by night it's peaceful and quiet. Would stay again!
I had an absolutely enjoyable stay for 5 nights during the first week of July. I arrived at the airport on an early morning flight. When I got to the hotel, tired, the front desk staff found me a room on the 24th floor so that I could leave my luggage and freshen up before going out for the day.

Everything went well except for the front desk asking me for a copy of the hotel confirmation which I did on the internet through an ipad. I did not have a printed copy since I was traveling when I booked it. When I tried to explain that I did it through hotels.com and that I have the confirmation number, she still insisted that I should forward the confirmation to their site.
