Hotels in Chinatown

"Waited in long line three separate times to check in. Was offered room upgrade and could not finish checking us in after waiting for 30 minutes in line. Was told to return to same person to check in when room was ready, but she was gone. Told to use kiosk and after standing in that line, Could not use kiosk to check in. Had to stand in another line to finally check in. This was very frustrating. "

"Parking was cool, the only issue was the food was not exactly appealing as it probably could be. They have a steakhouse but its always full but you can walk to other places pretty easily."

"Outdated, lights in bathroom and door entry very dim, was hoping it had a fridge but it did not. Room and bathroom were somewhat clean. Elevator shut off on us during our stay, would I stay here again probly not."

"There were several different restaurants in the hotel to choose from which was nice if you didn't want to walk far. For the resort fees that had to be paid it would have been nice to at least have a voucher for a day or two for breakfast. There was no microwaves, refrigerator, or coffee maker in the room. You could only have 2 devices on the WIFI smh and it cost 15 dollars for one day to add a third device. as high as the resort fees were I should have been able to have 4 devices on WIFI with no extra fees. Overall the staff was nice and the room was clean and smoke free. I think it would be nice if one portion of the casino was smoke free. "
