"I was truly surprised by how perfect the location is. The hotel is right in the center of everything, making it easy to walk to many of Istanbul’s main tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The location could not be better. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and felt comfortable throughout my visit. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul and highly recommend it to anyone visiting...

The location is fantastic, making it very easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always eager to help with a smile."

"It's my third time in Grand Trabaya hotel. The welcome never changed. Staff at reception immediately recognized me, which to me saying. Hoşgeldin!! The hotel runs with the utmost perfection. Buffet breakfast, room service, housekeeping, it's very well organized. The view of the Bosphorus is something that is magical. I will return again later, since this hotel is my stop over in Istanbul. Thanks again to everyone in Grand Trabaya Hotel to make my stay unforgettable ❤️"

"Supremely elegant room, with high ceilings, chandalier and window details. Exceedingly comfortable with an excellent bathroom. A pleasure to stay here. Supremely walkable, and exceedingly close to a 300 year old Hamman. Phenomenal staff. And finally a complementary breakfast."

"As it was my first time visiting Turkey, I was very pleased with my experience staying at this hotel. Everyone at the hotel was very attentive and helpful with all my questions. Many thanks to everyone, especially Serkan, Celine, the concierge team, and all the wonderful staff at the spa. Great hotel, and I would definitely recommend it!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Arranged airport pickup and return and followed up with us with a video how to find ride. The van driver, however, took about an hour and was hard to find. Van needed new rear suspension. Apart from that, manager arranged a really nice tour of old Istanbul. Bathroom layout was a bit challenging, had to step into shower area to close door. Breakfast was terrific!"

"Our stay at the Divan was amazing. It is very conveniently located within walking distance of Taksim Square and public transport. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was very lavish. The restaurants also served very quality and delicious food. Would love to go back again."
