The property comfortably accommodated my family. It is located conveniently next to the Colosseum and numerous restaurants. The tour bus is also a walks away and easy to commute to the city center. The property has a washer and a hanging rack to hang dry your clothes. Checking in and getting the necessary information to get in the property is a little bit tricky if you don't have WHATSAPP. Luckily my wife has the app and we were able to get the information needed to get in the room.
I stayed five nights in this hotel in early May of 2023. 2 min. to Colosseo. Perfect location, clean and tidy settings. Even though it is marked as four star hotel, I would give five star. We stayed here for 3 nights. This place is only 10 to 15 minute walking distance to Colosseum and Metro Train and close to restaurants and convenient stores.
This place was very clean and everything worked well including air conditioning and fridge.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a great location. It felt super homey, and the host was really nice and thoughtful. We loved that the sofa bed was already set up - and the mattress was actually really comfy! There were some snacks and drinks provided too, which was a nice touch. Wi-Fi was fast, and overall, my family and I were very happy with our stay. We’d definitely recommend this place. Superb!
The staff was absolutely wonderful and the rooms are very nice. Great value for the price. About a 5 minute walk from the Colosseum and there are plenty of cafes close to the hotel. Great soundproofing- I couldn't hear any noise from the street and just a little noise from the hall. I can't say enough about how nice the staff was. I was traveling throughout Italy and Malta and this was by far the best hotel I stayed in.
