Sala espaçosa, banheiro grande, vários utensílios na cozinha, lojinha completo no térreo, mas o maior destaque dele, sem dúvida, é a localização. De frente para o parque da Luz, ao lado de uma bakery e perto de várias atrações onde pude ir a pé, como a ponte Hercílio Luz, o Armazém Rita Maria, o Top Market, o Mercado Municipal, a praia, enfim, nota 10. Quando voltar a Floripa com a família, certamente ficarei nele novamente."

"Check in/out process was easy and quick, amenities were good, room was tidy and breakfast was ok. Only stayed for 1 night so can’t really provide a more detailed review but all things considered it’s a great place to stay for the price, especially for the location, literally in the heart of Florianópolis. "Great experience in Florianopolis, I spent one night there to go to Porto Alegre and unfortunately didn’t have enough time to use the pool, but the flat itself was amazing, with a nice area with restaurants and live music downstairs in the nearby building, I highly recommend the place"

"Novotel is my favorite Hotel to stay in Floripa. The check in was very efficient, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I loved the shower in the bathroom. The Gym was well equipped, I had a good work out. Great view from the pool area. The breakfast was well stocked and delicious! "

"Ficamos no ap galeria, amplo, bonito, limpo, confortável. Excelente experiência! Sentimos falta de ferro de passar roupa no quarto e o encontramos lá embaixo na lavanderia. No Minimarket (que sugiro ter mais produtos salgados) quisemos comprar hambúrguer mas ele não estava cadastrado no sistema e não foi possível de nenhuma forma, embora o produto estivesse lá. "
