Hotels in Historical Center

"Great location. Helpful staff."

"I highly recommend the Smart Hotel Napoli. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. It’s close to transportation to many Napolitano locations and landmarks. Hotel is very clean and modern. Great place to stay while visiting Naples."

"We enjoyed our stay...perfect location in naples. The building is so unique and was renovated beautifully. Our room was large..shower was hot...ac was cool..breakfast was filling...staff was very helpful! I would highly recommend."

"Really cool historic place"

"Awesome staff! There is a bar set up in the beautiful breakfast in the evening and the gentleman who made the drinks gave us excellent restaurant advice. The hotel is in a very good historic part of central Naples."

"The hotel is a bit far from the city center and around not so great neighborhood but the view, the roof top terrace and the pool compensate for this. Also the staff is really nice and helpful! The hotel itself is charming with lots of art and old historical references. There is a „secret” passage to a nearby church. So different from impersonal chain hotels. The food at the restaurant could be better, but again the vibe makes it worth visiting anyhow."

"A classic hotel with history. Could use a little brush-up but all in all a super nice experience, as always staying at an Excelsior property."

"Classic heritage property. Staff great. Think staying in an "on land" cruise ship."

"Good hotel - great service and room was spacious and clean. Central location."

"Perfect location and Giuly was an incredible host!!"

"Great location in historic Naples! Newly finished interiors and great location were convenient for our short stay. Plus a great view of Mount Vesuvius from the room and rooftop!"

"The Staff was so helpful and kind. The breakfast was wonderful too. Very close to the center of town. Very walkable. The area isn’t the most beautiful, but that’s what the center of town is like in Naples. I felt safe. I would recommend this hotel. "

"The front desk staff was super kind and helpful. Nice location - very close to the metro st."

"Spacious rooms with great views, walking distance from restaurants and souvenir shops. Breakfast space was good!"

"From the beginning there was, communication, service, friendliness. Gisela was amazing! So helpful and sweet. They were all there for anything. Perfect location. Great bed and AC. Breakfast was always great and right outside the room door. And the view was incredible. We were on the 5th floor. Would highly recommend. "

"Centrally located close to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again."

"A great place to stay right in the centre of Naples! The staff were excellent and the room was very comfortable! I would stay there again."

"Great location, though a little tough to find the entrance. We walked by the door a few times not knowing it was there. Staff were so kind, and the room was comfortable. The building is a little older but it felt clean. Breakfast was also a nice touch - in a beautiful room!"

"Staff was amazing and very attentive to our needs. Our bags were lost and staff made it their concern to ensure we got them in a timely manner. Close to must see attractions. Would definitely stay again."

"Clean room, very friendly chef and staff in general. very central located"
