"Top location. Excellent breakfast. Very professional staffs. We had concerns about the music in the plaza but decided to take chances since a few reviewers mentioned the late night music. Though our room face plaza, the music there hasn’t bothered our sleeping. We would definitely stay there if we return to Florence in the future. "
