"This was an ideal location for myself as I wanted somewhere quiet to stay and not be bothered by the noise of the City at night. The staff was friendly and spoke English (my German is poor). Has great transport links with a bus and a tram stop outside the building. As well as a Local shop with tin the building complex, for all you Groceries. The apartment was comfortable and came fully equipped if wanted to cook your own food. It also had a Laundry room, great to refresh for clothes if you are...

"We loved our stay at HOtello Schwabing. It was very conveniently located near the train station, and only 3 stops from the historic district. The facility was clean and staff were very helpful. The area of town was nice and provided a more local versus touristy feel. Would definitely stay here again :) "

"Wauw a great place. Instead of a classic hotel room, we got a mini-apartment at Timehouse. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and it is great with a little kitchen for a quick breakfast or dining in (take-away or frozen pizza). Located near green areas for our dog, who also enjoyed the stay. Easy to get into Altstadt via car or public transport. Will stay here again!"

"I booked the hotel on Black Friday deal but when we arrived I realized that is then 20 euro cheaper per night than what I booked on Expedia. Which was disappointing, I am not sure if this was a fault by Expedia predictions or the hotel information. The lobby was great for working. The room was very very minimal, from size to equipment. The staff were super friendly and helpful. "

"A six night stay for the opening weekend of Oktoberfest. Very friendly, welcoming front desk team. Hotel lobby is bright and clean. Restaurant area looked spacious and well equipped. Room was spacious and clean, beds were a little firm for my liking but it did not affect my sleep. The hotel was quiet at night, despite the time of year. Very easy for transport links around the city and plenty of local shops, and places to eat. Also with in easy walking distance of Englischer garten. "
