"Place was immaculate. Very clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would stay here again."

"I was really hoping this place was going to be a gem that it cosplayed. Unfortunately our group was disappointed at many levels. Poor customerservice, hard to reach staff, washrooms, backing up, and being reprimanded for bringing coffee from the outside to finish it in the lobby after a long walk. I can go on, but I think the simplest dancer is we will likely be avoiding this place."

"The check in staff were quick and gave excellent details on finding the correct elevators and our room. When we got to the room, the only downside was the fridge still had the last guests food and take out beverages in it. We let the front desk know when we checked out and they were very apologetic and handled the situation appropriately. Overall, very happy with our stay."

"My room was clean but small. The problem was that there was no water in the hotel due to a planned water outage...why were guests not notified? Because of this you could not shower, have a drink at the bar etc. etc. When it came back it was cold of course as it had to heat up. The breakfast was expensive for what you received...it was just an ordinary buffet that you can get in most other hotels for free. $40.00 a night for parking is absurd!! If the property knew they were going to have a bunch of disgruntled guests why was there no manager on the property??? Just a poorly run hotel. "
