The only things that we had an issue with was the room number was not on my itinerary so I had to call customer service to receive that info and also the supply room where you can self serve yourself to any items you wanted to buy the Cody they gave me was wrong and I couldn’t access, but other then those two things I will book again! Highly recommended."

We were told Nellysford and didn’t really understand that it was part of the Wintergreen resort so it was much further away from our actual destination. But the place was really amazing. I give this hotel a 10 plus why because of the cleanliness the niceness of every staff member there there was not one bitter moment I had everyone went out of their way to help and I would definitely come back and stay here again it's worth the money and I stayed at the comfort Inn before it became the spark Hotel and I just want to say the upgrade is beautiful I give it a 10 plus .. stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute of it!! We were very pleasantly surprised and impressed. They have done a spectacular job of restoring and decorating. All appointments and furnishings are upscale and first class. Everything is very modern and new. The location is in the middle of downtown and sits atop a very popular Bistro. The parking lot behind them hosts a farmers market every Saturday.

The chalet is a set of great tranquility, a great place to rest from the daily routine.
