The staff was incredible. There were two men in the front desk who always helped me out. One was tall with black hair combed backwards. He may have been wearing glasses. The other was Alejandro. There were exceptional! The staff in the restaurant was equally gracious. The room was a 5 star set up. It was spacious, clean, and quiet. The shower was a little bit difficult to manage on the first day. It had more knobs then I knew what to do with it, but I finally figured it out. The...

Very friendly staff, spacious room and a great hotel. Not that close to the Alhambra but we enjoyed the walk through the streets as we were getting to and from it.

Excelent property

Great service

Centric hotel with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, and the city center. No parking but there are affordable parking options nearby.

It was clean and good. The breakfast was very good. But parking is hard with an car elevator . Very central.

Lovely hotel with wonderful breakfast buffet and cheerful staff. Very good value, and well located.

Beautiful old world feel in a modern (2015 renovation). The hotel sits atop an old archeological dig and they have a really cool display in the basement. Great

Great hotel.! Lo recomiendo mil veces.!

I highly recommend this hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff and an excellent location in the old town

This apartment is calming, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop terrace provides breathtaking views of the Alhambra. The location is perfect if you like the Albaicin, which we did. There are so many little plazas, shops and restaurants up there to discover. We enjoyed 4 Gatos for breakfast one day and one of the many places on the river the next day. We had a great dinner at Casa Gabriel too. Fair warning: don't be freaked out that they don't tell you the code to check in to the place until...

Beautiful hotel, super comfortable rooms, great rooftop pool area.

Perfect location to explore Granada. The staff was tremendous and helpful and the amenities were wonderful We found this a very restful and delightful hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel

Perfect location near center of Granada. Walking distance to Cathedral, shops and restaurants but on a quiet street so minimum street noise outside. Staff, room and facilities made for a perfect stay! Easy transport via public buses to Alhambra and train station.

Simply amazing. Free bottle of welcome wine. You can take a glass and walk two blocks to plaza Nicolas to watch the sunset of Alhambra. What more can you ask for. Perfect location and the friendliest staff. The chef ran out to give me some apple and short cake to go as I was waiting for Uber to the airport and didn’t have breakfast.

the Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Adrian was amazing giving suggestions to how to go around the city and where to go eat and whatever we needed in the apartment. We enjoyed our stay so much. Even though the access is hard because the route is under construction and the streets are very narrow, they were waiting for us at the door to guide us to the parking lot, which is another plus for this place since Granada has very limited parking access. The A/C is the best I had so far in Spain and...

The place was gorgeous and staff were superb. Room was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed though that the 20% off on food and beverage could not be used in the bar eating area and applied only in the main dining room.

The room was fantastic, huge comfortable very quiet and well equiped. Parking was for extra fee, near indoor accessible w some difficulties for small car. Excellent location, helpful staff.
