My son and I booked one week in November and we were absolutely pleased first and foremost with the staff, always so pleasant and eager to make our stay the most exceptional. These staff members would greet us from afar, every single time, with great big enthusiastic smiles , hellos, and buenos dias. I saw the staff accommodate non Spanish speaking tourists wonderfully. Every time we walked through an area there was always a staff member cleaning, squeegeeing windows, scrubbing the area around...

Great hotel

This is easily one of my favorite trips to mexico. Veronica at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, as well as the servers, were all beyond amazing. I had the villa, which felt like literally, I was living in a one bedroom villa, and it was magical. I can't wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

One of the best hotels ive stayed at. Not alot of breakfast places in the area open, so id recommend getting the breakfast deal.

Great property. Be aware you will need to speak Spanish to have a seemless experience, but English was spoken for those still practicing. The deluxe suite was nice, but could use repair (Jacuzzi, leaking sink), more accurate pictures of the room, and a warning about noise. The street traffic is loud and earplugs are recommended. The AC worked well. Would stay again, this time with earplugs.

We booked the room last minute after traveling all day. It was conveniently close to the airport. We hadn’t eaten all day and we ordered room service. They were quick and the food was great. We were very happy with our stay

Outstanding. Don't get VIP transportation, save tons of time by just Ubering.

It's a great property. It's a little bit off the beaten path. Ubers are pretty cheap from here. If you have done an all inclusive and are ready to step out a little bit into more of a real Mexico vibe without having to worry about safety concerns and the hustle of PV this is probably your place.

I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean,and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach.Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. What a place! I have stayed at many other nice and fancy places and nothing compares to this place. Grand Vellas is on a whole other level. The service is amazing. Eric Santana was amazing! He was our concierge. Two of their restaurants should be michelin rated. Thats how good they are!!! I could go on and on about all of the little things that made this place great but less is more for anyone that reads this. Even their kids club is amazing! So safe and clean. The way it's not...

We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.

Very nice newer hotel. Best Hampton Inn that I ever stayed in. Breakfast is great! AC works really well. Important this time of year. Relaxing pool.

Villa Divina was the perfect location, its beautiful and clean with breath taking views from our room or the pool location. It was simply the best place to wind down and relax like never before. The hotel located in a perfect spot - close to the beach, malecon, many restaurants. Easy to get here from the airport by the local bus. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast - it was cooked for me from scratch every morning, when many other hotels give just a bag of cold breakfast items. My brother and I stayed at 1 hotel from December 6 through December 20th 2023. He had room 230, I had room 229. we really enjoyed our stay there for a lot of reasons. There is a washer and dryer on the floor, near our rooms, available by appointment in 2 hour blocks. The swimming pool was a very nice way to end a tiring day of dental appointments.
