I had never heard of BQ hotels. I booked this because I needed a kid friendly property with a pool and easy beach access. I was very pleasantly surprised. This property offered all of that and a very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The AC worked well and the water pressure was good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would live to go back there again.
2 euros to take the bus to the airport. A-2 bus. The bus stop is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. It took 5 minutes to get to the airport on the bus. Quick and convenient. If you get an ocean view room, the views are beautiful. We had lovely sunsets.
If you want to stay in a calm area near the beach but still close to the city of Palma, this is the place! All rooms have a balcony and ours was facing the water. The pool is nice, buffet breakfast is great, and we liked the late night music outside. There is a walking/jogging and bike path right out front. A great stay!
Great hotel - extremely clean, very nice staff and amenities. It's close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We loved tge young lady who played the violin by the pool - what a treat! The breakfast buffet is awesome with a variety of goodies to choose from. We will stay here again if we get another chance to visit this beautuful and vivacious city!

You walk out of the lobby toward the bar & pool deck then down the stairs across the Avenue ( a mostly pedestrian walkway and you're on the Beach ! )
The security of leaving your goodies at the pool while being able to play in the and is a true gift !
Ideally located you can easily walk toward the Marina end ( for some excellent dining ) or toward the Pier end with a bit more exciting night life.

Our room on the second floor was perfect! We had a nice view of the beach from the balcony and the space was just what we needed. The AC has a max temperature I believe, we weren’t able to adjust it lower than 24/25 degrees so we kept the balcony door open at night to cool us down a bit more. Bathroom was spacious, fresh towels every day however the sheets were only changed about once if they were changed. Excellent visit to Palma, Soller, and Valdemossa. The service was outstanding, and the hotel is very pleasant and comfortable. Good location between the train/bus station and the major sites. Good breakfast (made to order).
Modern hotel with gorgeous views and a very friendly staff. We were here in the off season so the weather wasn't always cooperating. We look forward to coming back when the weather is warmer and we can stay a few more days.
The check in was smooth. Mr. Julian at the reception was very professional, accommodating, and helpful to get us a very nice ocean view room on the 4th floor earlier than the usual check in time The room had a balcony which we enjoyed to watch the sunset. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent with a surprisingly wide variety of high quality buffet and personal custom choices. We will be happy to consider again this hotel in the future.
Food was excellent, staff pretty helpful, rooms were nice and clean. View from my balcony was unreal and one of the best I have ever seen in my life- even if everything was bad I would come back just for the view haha! Also beach and the sea are stunning! 10/10
