"The hotel is beautiful & location is perfect. The personnel are friendly & helpful. They offered free breakfast which is really good plenty to choose from. I surely stay there again in the future, highly recommended!"
"Hotel location is close to many bus lines to go out and explore Palma so that’s a great plus.
Please be aware it is a very basic hotel. While they do provide with shampoo and body wash, you will have to have your own conditioner and body lotion."
"The hotel staff were incredibly kind and provided excellent service. The view from the window was fantastic, with a beautiful panorama of the sea. Housekeeping was also done very thoroughly each time, and the room was always kept spotless."

I had never heard of BQ hotels. I booked this because I needed a kid friendly property with a pool and easy beach access. I was very pleasantly surprised. This property offered all of that and a very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The AC worked well and the water pressure was good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would live to go back there again.
Fantastic hotel, very clean and comfortable with all amenities needed, amazing food at breakfast and evening meal. Very friendly staff. We have stayed at this hotel 17 times over the past 20 years.
If you want to stay in a calm area near the beach but still close to the city of Palma, this is the place! All rooms have a balcony and ours was facing the water. The pool is nice, buffet breakfast is great, and we liked the late night music outside. There is a walking/jogging and bike path right out front. A great stay!
2 euros to take the bus to the airport. A-2 bus. The bus stop is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. It took 5 minutes to get to the airport on the bus. Quick and convenient. If you get an ocean view room, the views are beautiful. We had lovely sunsets.
We loved staying here, 10 days in the middle of Palma's fantastic Playa !
You walk out of the lobby toward the bar & pool deck then down the stairs across the Avenue ( a mostly pedestrian walkway and you're on the Beach ! )
The security of leaving your goodies at the pool while being able to play in the and is a true gift !
Ideally located you can easily walk toward the Marina end ( for some excellent dining ) or toward the Pier end with a bit more exciting night life.
The staff special shout...
Our room on the second floor was perfect! We had a nice view of the beach from the balcony and the space was just what we needed. The AC has a max temperature I believe, we weren’t able to adjust it lower than 24/25 degrees so we kept the balcony door open at night to cool us down a bit more. Bathroom was spacious, fresh towels every day however the sheets were only changed about once if they were changed. The style of the hotel was very nice and clean, they had spacious lounge area inside and...
Food was excellent, staff pretty helpful, rooms were nice and clean. View from my balcony was unreal and one of the best I have ever seen in my life- even if everything was bad I would come back just for the view haha! Also beach and the sea are stunning! 10/10
Modern hotel with gorgeous views and a very friendly staff. We were here in the off season so the weather wasn't always cooperating. We look forward to coming back when the weather is warmer and we can stay a few more days.
Everything Top Notch
One negative: many European guests and many r smokers many a time couldn’t use the bar or patio or lobby area or had to rush through because of the smoke of guests
Spain needs to toughen up on smoking laws
I had an incredible stay at Posada Terra Santa – this hotel truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how beautiful and immaculately clean everything was. The design blends historic charm with modern elegance, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property.
What really made the stay unforgettable, though, was the genuinely warm and friendly staff. Everyone I encountered went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and I have to give a...
The check in was smooth. Mr. Julian at the reception was very professional, accommodating, and helpful to get us a very nice ocean view room on the 4th floor earlier than the usual check in time The room had a balcony which we enjoyed to watch the sunset. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent with a surprisingly wide variety of high quality buffet and personal custom choices. We will be happy to consider again this hotel in the future.
