Besides being a clean, beautiful and comfortable hotel, the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTRODINARY. I forgot my family's passports and money in the hotel safe and left for the airport which is 40 min away. I didn't realize my mistake until I was in the airport terminal with only 1 hour before our flight. Hotel Finlandia has great staff that speak English and Spanish. The rooms offer ample space with adequate closet space. The bathroom was nicely appointed with a large shower and a small countertop. The Hotel has good security and the elevators only open at your floor (activated by the room key). The bed and pillows were a bit more firm than I am used to, but certainly comfortable enough. Its a decent mid-range full service hotel with a restaurant. Staff is very helpful and attentive. It’s in an area that’s rough after dark but there’s a guard 24/7 and the staff is very protective. Nice hotel, clean and mid-update. No complaints.
The hotel makes a nice stay over when transiting via Quito to the Galapagos or other destination in Ecuador. Staff and service were great, very welcoming and helpful. We ate dinner in the Botanica Restaurant and found the service and quality excellent (try the Tempura Shrimp entree). The heated book was very welcome and while we did not have time to use it, the fitness center was large with a great selection of modern equipment.

NH Collection Quito was an oasis. Rooms were super clean and spacious. The front desk gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We had stayed in the historic center the week before. We were really glad we came to this area for a change.
The entire hotel is fresh, new, very tastefully decorated, very roomy, quiet and comfortable. In a quiet neighborhood, but just a short walk to great restaurants and nightlife.

We stayed at Hotel Casa Gardenia for two lovely nights. It's located on a very quiet, nondescript cobblestone street just a few blocks from the Plaza Grande. The owners and staff were all very helpful and gave us a map of the area with recommendations on sites to visit. Arrived middle of the night, lost luggage, terrible rental car. Hotel staff went way above and beyond in helping me address every issue in righting my ship to start two week stayou (cell phone, medical, auto, local information, instant personal requeststatement addressed). Beautiful view of city from room, walking distance to any outside needs. Have booked for last night when I return to Quito for flight home

This is an adorable hotel located in the mariscal neighborhood. With a late flight we didn't arrive to our hotel until around 1:00 am, but there was still a person working the front desk waiting for us.
