We checked in extremely late due to our international flight and a simple email to the hotel was responded with assurances our room would be waiting, and it was. Besides being a clean, beautiful and comfortable hotel, the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTRODINARY. I forgot my family's passports and money in the hotel safe and left for the airport which is 40 min away. I didn't realize my mistake until I was in the airport terminal with only 1 hour before our flight. Le Parc was SO ON TOP OF IT that they noticed my mistake and DROVE MY PASSPORT/MONEY TO THE AIRPORT and found me in the terminal. I was in shock and it was unbelievable! Every thing was great except when smoke from the smoking area came into dining area; they should install a fan to further provide escape of smoke from smoking area.

The hotel makes a nice stay over when transiting via Quito to the Galapagos or other destination in Ecuador. Staff and service were great, very welcoming and helpful. We ate dinner in the Botanica Restaurant and found the service and quality excellent (try the Tempura Shrimp entree). Hotel Finlandia has great staff that speak English and Spanish. The rooms offer ample space with adequate closet space. The bathroom was nicely appointed with a large shower and a small countertop. The Hotel has good security and the elevators only open at your floor (activated by the room key). The bed and pillows were a bit more firm than I am used to, but certainly comfortable enough. The entire hotel is fresh, new, very tastefully decorated, very roomy, quiet and comfortable. In a quiet neighborhood, but just a short walk to great restaurants and nightlife. This was possibly the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. We were greeted warmly at check-in, the hotel manager was very helpful and courteous, the facilities were beautiful and in excellent condition, and the breakfast was exceptionally good.

This is an adorable hotel located in the mariscal neighborhood. With a late flight we didn't arrive to our hotel until around 1:00 am, but there was still a person working the front desk waiting for us. Check in and out was a breeze and they have a secure front gate that can be buzzed to let you in. My time while brief was exceptional. The excellent location and value made it ideal to see everything I needed. I either walked or took a short taxi ride to get to town or different points of interest. The staff was friendly and accommodating and I at the delicious breakfast each morning and even had some dine in food that was fantastic!

My colleague and I had the most wonderful experience at Swissotel, Quito! The staff were amazing, the facilities are beautiful and the location is also great. I would definitely love to visit again! NH Collection Quito was an oasis. Rooms were super clean and spacious. The front desk gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We had stayed in the historic center the week before. We were really glad we came to this area for a change.

It was a lovely hotel in the heart of 'La Mariscal'! I was traveling by myself (female) and found it very safe to walk around the area to Plaza Foch (just 1-2 minute walk from the hotel) to get a bite to eat or hail a taxi or go for a drink. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite... 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Excellent unit. A/C worked perfectly. The dryer actually got hot and dried our clothes. The kitchen was fully stocked with a real coffeemaker (not the horrible single pod that most hotels now use). There was a full size refrig and freezer with ice trays.
