Well the hotel is great! Not a big deal but I didn’t see anything on hotels.com about a $50 room deposit.

Awesome location close to shopping and restaurants and you can't forget 2 minutes from the beach.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area!!

The front desk staff was so AMAZING. They are so friendly and helpful. I welcomed their warm greetings every time I left and entered into the hotel. One of the front desk ladies printed out animals so that my kids can color them. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean , the staff very polite, rooms very clean and comfortable, and above all there is no any bad smells, l will go back again, very kids friendly

We recently had the pleasure of staying four days at the Colony Hotel and couldn't have enjoyed it more. The hotel was beautiful, and the service and staff were perfect. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach (less then a block), and around the corner from shopping on Worth Street. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful (simply complementary off the menu-not a buffet!). If I had to name one thing that made the hotel a cut above it would be the staff and their attentiveness and...

I really enjoyed the spa. The rooms were well appointed with a big free standing bathtub and separate walk in shower. They are very dog friendly!

Great location for sporting events at a local college, quick trip to the beach, or restaurants and shopping!

This hotel is absolutely stunning! It’s Aesthetically pleasing!! The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are super big, comfy and have lots to offer! I’ll definitely be staying here again!

This property was great! The staff was super helpful and kind. The rooms are very clean and right on the boardwalk for a great evening walk. We highly recommend.

Great boutique property. Hint of being in Europe and walking everywhere to go eat shop and take a boat ride.

Easy check in. Clean and bright everywhere! Nice location. Friendly staff. Bed mattress was too squishy but other than that, it was a nice little hidden gem.

I liked the location

Room was large, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was outstanding, many choices. Everyone was very pleasant. Location was close to many restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay again!!
