Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff were all absolutely wonderful- friendly, kind and helpful. One of the front desk staff, Telma, particularly went out of her way to help us and did so with a constant smile while humming a happy tune. Highest possible recommendation for this awesome hotel.
We loved our stay here! We were only in Rotterdam for two nights, so the close proximity of this hotel to the metro and all the sights was perfect. It was also close to some good restaurants including a pizza place on the corner that was excellent. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The rooms are not very large. The pictures on the web show big ones, the two we had were quite tight. it was nice to have windows on the canal but the inside and outside of the windows was dirty so that made them not very desirable.
