Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff were all absolutely wonderful- friendly, kind and helpful. One of the front desk staff, Telma, particularly went out of her way to help us and did so with a constant smile while humming a happy tune. Highest possible recommendation for this awesome hotel.
We loved our stay here! We were only in Rotterdam for two nights, so the close proximity of this hotel to the metro and all the sights was perfect. It was also close to some good restaurants including a pizza place on the corner that was excellent. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The staff was so nice, and they were always helpful and willing to chat about the city. My girlfriend and I enjoyed a very nice conversation over wine with two of the night workers. We enjoyed...

The reception area is very well maintained, clean, friendly staff and a welcoming space. Our room was clean, well designed use of pace, very comfortable bed and ideal for a couple of nights. Breakfast choice was great with some hot or cold foods. Location was so good - we walked to the station and main sights. Would recommend this hotel.
