I like the silence at night, which allows you to rest and sleep pleasantly. The staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous.
Perhaps the only drawback is that it does not have a dining room service. Many times, one does not want to leave the hotel and wants to eat something right there.
This hotel was amazing. Checking process was super fast and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. They had our rooms ready in no time. The breakfast was included with our booking and it was excellent. The fresh bread, fruits and warm stations were constantly replenished. I was there for 10 days & felt at home. Staff was amazing, friendly, courteous & helpful. Great neighborhood. Close to banks, shops & restaurants. I will stay there again. And I highly recommended this hotel. 5 Stars
The hotel is only 7 months old so everything is very new and modern. It is the first Hampton n Peru and I’ve never been n a cleaner hotel in the world. Patricia, at the front desk, got a BA n Hospitality 2 years ago and she is very professional n her work. I asked about seeing several places n town and she always knew where they were and printed out a map showing the route I should take. This was our second stay at this hotel. Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable rooms. Can’t say enough about the walk ability around the miraflores area! Very safe. Having breakfast available also was a plus. Loved the rooftop bar area for a nightcap. Team members that made our stay special, Diego and Yvonne at breakfast, Jorge and Juliano at the bar!
Location, location, location!!! If you’re looking for action, crowds, and the tourist crunch, then this is NOT the place for you. Located in the upscale San Isidro neighborhood, you’re close enough, yet far enough away from the madness of Miraflores. Super safe neighborhood, great dining options close by, and upscale shopping. But, not snooty or pretentious. The hotel is safe, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good.
Great stay in a quiet hotel that honestly, is off airport. It's 30 minutes from the actual terminal despite being fenced inside the airport, so it's not remotely convenient. However, it is very secure and the staff are really nice. Not sure if I'd stay again due to the inconvenience of the location but for the staff and quality of hotel, it's a 9/10. Great concierge (Miguel) and bar staff!
I was staying in Casa Andina Standard Benavides from 6/25 /24 to 6/29/24 with my sister. My time in casa andina was wonderful from the front desk i dint remember all the staff names but i remember Rosemary if im not wrong very welcoming to us and everyone i saw around. SUGGESTION: Since Lima is not a place where people can drink tap water, it is necessary that the hotel provides mineral water on a daily bases not only the first day. Requesting it every night is not comfortable specially when arriving after the restaurant is closed. Since there is a little refrigerator in the room, bottles could be kept there and charged to the room.
Excellent staff, very polite and very hospitable. Nice facility close proximity to airport good breakfast. Very clean bathrooms and bedroom orderly need. Not super luxurious but a great hotel.
