"The breakfast and dinner (snacks, more like a meal) that were included with the room were great perks. We were in town due to my grandmother being in the hospital and the hotel was perfect, clean, and staff were very helpful and kind. We will definitely stay again if in the area. "

"Large restaurant and bar with good food. Staff was slow but nice. The rooms were average. It appeared the a/c and heat were not connected and they didn't say anything at check in. Thank goodness it was cold outside. I don't think I would stay there again and would not recommend."

"The hotel staff was allowed someone to enter the hotel/pool area to video kids swimming in the pool. When confronted the staff member said if I don’t like it to go stay somewhere else. When I spoke to the manager on Monday she called me a liar and said no one entered the pool area from the outside, said even if they did they are welcome to video what ever they want and if I don’t like it that’s my problem. When I asked for the number of her manager or supervisor she hung up on me. I would not recommend this location or any other Holiday Inn. This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever had at a hotel. "

"Pool was closed the whole time were there which was inconvenient but whatever. Embassy is still a nice place to stay and has a good breakfast. "
