Wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff and very clean.

We were referred to Chadwick Cove and really lucked out. The unit was exactly what we were looking for and more than we expected. It is a fantastic location for enjoying the beach, restaurants and entertainment. the views that we saw each day were amazing. We will most definitely return. The condo provided all the amenities of home and was very clean.

We truly enjoyed our stay & loved the location on the beach just a five minute drive to his Downtown Historic Port Charlotte where there are restaurants shops etc. Super cute area!

Just married the day we checked in and i was in contact with the hotel to do something special and they came thru in a big way. A room upgrade to a suite and a charcuterie board with bottle of champagne waiting on us when we checked in. Thank you Ramada staff for making our time special.

The resort is so nice! Private beach right behind it, not even a minute walk to get there. Beautiful room with very helpful staff. Clean room with everything you need. Highly recommended, and it's close to the action in downtown Sarasota. Can't wait to go back.

The staff at this hotel made all the difference. We were first greeted by Mike, who was so kind in offering help and advice since we did not know the area. We met Jen at the breakfast the next morning. She is awesome and so friendly. Next, we met Regina and Donna, who made me feel so special when they discovered it was my birthday. The motel was freshly painted and many new fixtures and flooring. The family run business was found to have very friendly family members readily available to meet customer concerns and you could not beat the low prices. I was given a suite for the price of a double queen size room.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the suite. Easily fit our family. The walk around the lake across the street was pleasant.

This was a beautifully decorated, large, quiet space for our stay! Would love to go back! My only negative comment was the late check in instructions say call at least 24 hours in advance but didn’t give the contact info. But a really nice place and beach across the street!

The staff was really great all the way around. Definitely felt like they were appreciated as employees doing their best for the guests and the property! It was refreshing to see and feel that 😊

Always nice for a quick stay

Clean and affordable.

My mom and I enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back. We were Inn Florida for the Diana Ross concert in Sarasota but all of the hotels were pretty expensive. Nokimis is less than 30 minutes from Sarasota so we decided to stay here. I was very pleased as I am very picky when it comes to hotels.
